Once you open a PDF, a thumbnail panel on the left lists every page in the document. Page-level changes — order, orientation, deletion — all happen in this panel, with no need to enter content-editing mode for any specific page.
Reordering pages
- Find the page you want to move in the left thumbnail panel.
- Click and hold its thumbnail.
- Drag it to the target position and release — the page order updates instantly, and the main editing view refreshes to match.
Rotating a page
- Hover over the thumbnail you want to rotate — action buttons appear.
- Click the rotate button, and the page turns 90° clockwise.
- Click again (90° each time) if you need further rotation to get it upright.
Deleting a page
- Hover over the thumbnail of the page you don't need — action buttons appear.
- Click the delete button (trash icon) to remove it from the document.
- Deleted the wrong one? Use the "Undo" button in the top toolbar to bring it back.
A recommended order of operations
If a document needs both page-level changes (order/rotation/deletion) and content edits (text/images/annotations), do the page-level work first, then move on to content editing — that avoids reordering pages after you've already placed annotations, which could shift them out of place.
Load a multi-page PDF and try dragging to reorder its pages.
